The last couple of years have been absurd to say the least - from pandemics, looming financial crisis, to hellish forest fires and impending nuclear apocalypses, this does often feel like the end times are upon us.

Everywhere I turn it seems like everything is going to shit with a pace to fast I never imagined possible - and it is scary. We can all pretend to be nihilistic no-future punks, anticipating our Mad Max evolutions, but at it's core, I think we all experience intense feelings of anxiety, possibly a crippling one at that. And that's okay. We all do. We're in this shit together.

Look out for your friends, make sure they're ok in this surreal times.
